Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access to accounts, transmitting harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware), and attempting to reverse engineer the App.

Intellectual PropertyThe App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Verify or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 1. 1. No Guarantee of Authenticity : While the App provides a tool to scan and report product authenticity, Verify does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the results. The authenticity of a product is subject to the information provided by the manufacturer and the scanning system's capabilities.
2. 2. No Liability for Counterfeits : Verify is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase or use of counterfeit products, even if identified by the App.

Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verify, its affiliates, and its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the competent courts of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Modifications to Terms We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website, and the revised Terms will be effective upon posting. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
